### Responsibilities
* Assists in studies covering analysis of workload data, resource consumption, manpower projections, and budget data.
* Independently collects, compiles, reviews and analyzes monthly data required for management of various components of the Group and operations.
* Assists higher level specialists in conducting management reviews and organizational analysis studies involving various aspects of the organization.
* Receives telephone and personal caller. Determines identity of the caller and nature of their call. Determines which calls must be directed to the supervisor, which can be handled personally, and which can be referred elsewhere within the group.
* Edits and reformats electronic drafts. Transmits and receives electronic mail, retransmitting as necessary. Uses word processing software and printing equipment to create, format, edit/ modify and print letters, memoranda and reports.

**QUALIFICATIONS:** In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
**Experience required:** To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job.
To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level GS-05. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience developing and compiling data or reports. Administer file management system including hard and electronic files and composing technical reports. Experience with office software including word processing and electronic mail.
