Senior Retirement Services Analyst - Shared Services/Roseville

Under the direction of the Retirement Services Lead, the Senior Analyst works independently and in a team environment exercising a high degree of initiative, independence and good judgment in the course of interpreting and applying laws, policies, processes, procedures, plan documents and administrative directives. The Senior Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for SHRP and Retiree Medical, independently performing and providing expert knowledge on complex benefit calculations, providing technical assistance and guidance for Retirement Services team members, ensuring controls and DTPs are maintained and followed and demonstrating expertise in processing complex benefit payments.



o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Human Resources OR equivalent education/experience required.


o Requires an educational background in Human Resources, as would normally be acquired through a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or the equivalent combination of education and experience as typically acquired in 6 or more years of experience.

o 3-5 years prior work experience in the field of Human Resources, in a large corporate employee benefits environment or as a third-party administrator is required.

o 3-5 years prior work experience related to administration and operations of retirement and retiree medical plans is required.

o 3-5 years prior work experience in writing and editing employee communications is required.

o 6-9 years prior work experience related to defined benefit plans and defined contribution plans is required.

o 10+ years of experience prioritizing workloads with demanding deadlines and changing priorities while maintaining flexibility and accuracy is required.
